Founder and business leader of GoodCause Travel & Events, Olga Walker has been working in DMC & MICE business since 2006, designing and operating high profile incentive programmes, conferences and events for international clients across the UK and Ireland.
Over the years Olga has built a strong reputation among both clients and suppliers as a reliable business partner who is focused, attentive to detail and passionate about her destinations of the UK and Ireland. She believes that her upbringing studying art and design (her mother was a renowned architect) and her deep love for these subjects help her to infuse creativity into her business.
When Olga was setting up her own company in 2014, she was looking for ways to make travel programs and events in her destinations not only exclusive and high-end experiences for her clients, but also meaningful and useful for the local communities in which they took place. She felt there was a niche in the market for a DMC specialising in travel programmes and events with immersive and good-cause elements in them. This is how GoodCause Travel & Events was born.
Olga leads a small team of full-time, experienced and dedicated project managers, as well as a wider team of freelance specialists based across the UK and Ireland, through which she is able to provide clients with detailed start-to-finish event management across the destinations of the UK and Ireland.
